Mr. Kamel BENNACEUR is the Chief Executive Officer for Nomadia Energy Consulting, based in Abu Dhabi. He is also the President Elect of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, with a term from 2020 to 2023. He was previously the Chief Economist for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC). Prior to that, Mr. BENNACEUR was the Director for Sustainability, Technology and Outlooks at the International Energy Agency, where his teams led the Agency's Energy Technology Perspectives and the World Energy Outlook, as well as roadmaps for sustainable energy systems, ahead of the Paris Conference of Parties, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
In 2014, Mr. Kamel was appointed Tunisia's Minister for Industry, Energy and Mines, where he launched several initiatives to transform the sectors, including a long-term strategy, the reform of energy subsidies, and a new law for the country's renewable energy sector.
From 1981 to 2013, he held key positions in the world's largest oilfield service company (Schlumberger), including Chief Economist and Technology President. His assignments with Schlumberger included France, USA, UK, Algeria, Venezuela, UAE, Egypt, Russia and Brazil. Mr. Kamel BENNACEUR has more than 39 years of experience and knowledge in the energy and industry sectors around the world in both public and private service, and is the (co-)author of 19 books and over 170 publications.
Dr. Mongi Marzoug is currently Senior Vice President of Internet and Sustainable Energy Governance at the Orange Group with whom he held various senior positions.
Dr. Marzoug was previously appointed as:

- ICT Minister (2011-2014)
Dr. Mongi Marzoug has an extensive experience in Digital and Energy Industries in addition to a strong expertise in Digital Technologies.
He graduated from "Ecole Polytechnique" and "Telecom ParisTech". He has a PhD Degree and Accreditation to Supervise Research.
Dr. Houda BEN JANNET ALLAL is the General Director of OMEC since 2013.
Dr. Ben Jannet graduated in energy economics from Institut Français du Pétrole (IFP), & University of Paris 2, holds a PhD from Ecole des Mines de Paris.She joined OME in 1992, successfully expanding a wide angle on energy development and perspectives in the Mediterranean region.
She also heads the Secretariat of the UfM Gas Platform.
In academic field, she served as inviting Lecturer at Ecole des Mines de Paris, Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS), University of Versailles, Institut National des Sciences et Techniques Nucléaires & Ecole des Ingénieurs de la Ville de Paris.
Mr. Ezzedine KHALFALLAH is an international energy consultant, particularly within the World Bank Group.
Engineer graduated from the French Petroleum Institute "IFP" and holder of a degree in Business Management in the Energy sector of HEC Montréal,
Mr. KHALFALLAH has held several senior positions in ETAP (Director of Strategy and Planning), ANME (General Director) and Joint Oil (Deputy General Manager).
Mr. Mahmoud TNANI is a multidisciplinary statistical engineer and economist. He is both a teacher-researcher in economics, an industrial entrepreneur, and an independent consultant.
He has extensive academic and teaching experience in the fields of statistics and econometrics, serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of quantitative methods at IHEC Carthage University since 1989.
Previously, he worked at STIR (Refinery of Bizerte) as special advisor to the President, at ESSO Tunisia (Retail and distribution), and as consulting engineer at SIDES, an economics and social research bureau specializing in social and economic aspects of urban transport.
He advised several industrial companies in their investment, and development or restructuring projects.
He holds a PhD in economics with a specialization in renewable energies from the University of IHEC of Carthage (Tunisia).
He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique (ENSAE, Paris) and speaks Arabic, French, and English.
