Hichem MANSOUR
PRESIDENT
Mr. Hichem Mansour Started with the Oil & Gas industry upon graduating from Engineering School in Tunis with Schlumberger. He held various field positions in North Africa and managed the launch of Regus in Tunisia, before moving back with Schlumberger in Paris and Dubai within the Acquisition and Divestiture then the water and carbon sequestration group in North Africa till 2008, when appointed as Tunisia General Manager. In 2012, he transferred to the Middle East developing integrated projects. In 2016 he set up Al-HOSN Energy consulting in Tunisia and is currently in charge of Innovative Production Services (IPS).
He completed a Master of Science at the Heriot-Watt University in the UK in 2015 and is a former member of Solidar Tunisia, a think tank tackling subjects such as governance, investment
stimulation, energy transition. He is an NRGI alumni and a former SPE and AIPN member.
Wissem HENI
Mr. Wissem HENI is advisor of public services. He worked for public entities belonging to the ministry of interior and prime Minister's office from 2006 to 2015, when joined NRGI. Mr HENI is currently NRGI Tunisia Country Manager.
He holds a bachelor degree in law from Tunis legal science University and masters degree in public administration from ENA Tunis.
Nedra MTIMET DEBAYA
Ms. Nedra MTIMET DBAYA holds a Master Degree in Regional Development Economy and a
Master Degree in E-management.
She has 18 years experience in Audit & Accountancy of Oil & Gas JVs and in the Governance & Management of Oil & Gas sector.
In addition to that, Mrs. Nedra has 3 years experience in ETAP-ENI PV development project and Energy Efficiency building project development.

Adam MOKRANI
Mr. Adam MOKRANI, Lawyer admitted to the Tunisian Bar and researcher in energy and natural resources law.
He holds a master's degree in business law from Carthage University and a second master's degree in African legal studies from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
He is the founder of the study group on natural and energy resources in Tunisia and a member of the Algerian Gas Industry Association.

Abir YAHYAOUI
Ms. Abir YAHYAOUI, Geologist and Tunisia Officer at the Natural Resources Governance Institute « NRGI » where she is leading capacity building and grant-making portfolio and providing support on proposal development, budget monitoring, donor reporting and communication. She is also one of the executive board member of the Tunisian Association of Petroleum and Gas

Nourane BOUADJILA
Ms. Nourane BOUADJILA is a Geophysicist. She was The Exploration promotion and marketing deputy manager at Tunisian National Oil Company "ETAP" . She was previously the head of department of technical heritage at the petroleum database of the ETAP.
Ms. Nourane is certified on Essentials of MBA from HEC Montréal. She is now CEO of Nevo Consult and specialized in Marketing and Business Developments.
Salma REJEB
Ms. Salma Rejeb Started with the Oil & Gas industry upon graduating from Engineering School when recruited by the Tunisian National Oil Company "ETAP".
She has an experience on project development with management and technical skills (Oil & Gas).
She is certified on Essentials of MBA from HEC Montréal.

Borhene RASSAA
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Mr. Borhene RASSAA is an engineer, he is CEO and co-founder of beSun, a renewable energy engineering and integration company, with activities in Tunisia and in West Africa countries like Mali, Niger and Ivory Coast, mainly in water pumping and rural electrification. Previously,
Mr. RASSAA worked as a manager in France, in IT consulting companies. He led serval Business Intelligence projects, mainly in management, financial reporting and budgeting.
In addition, Mr. RASSAA worked for more than 2 years, with the Think Tank « Solidar Tunisie », in the « Energy and Renewable Energies » department, mainly on the improvement of the regulatory framework in Tunisia, the energy transition and the state of play renewable energy sector in Tunisia. He is one of the qualified personalities for the dialogue of two banks (“Sommet Des Deux Rives” Marseille on 24.06.2019)

Zied CHIBANI
INTERNATIONAL
Mr. Zied CHIBANI is a senior well engineer and drilling project manager, with almost 20 years of experience in oil/gas drilling, exploration, operations, management, and petroleum engineering. He was involved in many major projects and went thru different assignment thru different international companies.
Mr. CHIBANI has a Civil Engineering degree, professional Master’s degree in petroleum engineering from IFP in France and Round 2 Shell certificate.
He has extensive management experience in drilling and planning, with total P/L responsibility for an independent oil/gas producer operating mainly in Tunisia, Libya and Oman as OMV, KUFPEC and PDO. He served as drilling supervisor, drilling engineer and then senior drilling engineer for oil and gas exploration and Production Company. He is currently a senior well engineer with PDO in Oman and project manager of around 1 billion Capex budget.
Mr. CHIBANI is a chairman of scientific committee and cofounder of Tunisia Oil and Gas Summit , SPE, APEGA Canada, TTU member.
